How do I confirm that the power bank has been returned?

Please plug the cables back to the power bank and place the power bank back to the station with the “return” sign facing downward. A tone will ring if the return is successful. You may also check the status of your borrowed power bank on the History page in our APP. The return is successful only when the status shows “returned”.

What phone models work with the power bank?

The power bank has a 3-in-1 cable that works with iPhone models released after the iPhone 5 and is compatible with most Android phones. It also has a USB Type-C cable, that supports models such as the Samsung GALAXY S8, Huawei, Google Pixel, etc.

Are power banks safe?

Our power banks use a secure current that only allow electricity flow rather than data transmission. Thus, our devices could not collect any information or data from your device. We guarantee 100% safety.

How can I request a refund?

When will my credit card be charged?

After you finalize the rental of a power bank, your card will be charged temporary with a pre-authorization. The pre-authorization will be removed when you return the power bank to a DCPB charging station. After you return the power bank, your credit card will be charged the hourly rate for the amount time you used the power bank.

How much does a power bank cost?

We charge a very small amount of fee per hour for using a power bank. The daily (24-hour period) maximum fee for a power bank is varied by different locations. After the first day or 24 hours, you will be charged a small amount of rental fee + tax for every additional 24-hour period the power bank is kept with you. Power banks can be held for a maximum of 3 days. After 3 days, you will be charged a complete purchase price of $35 + tax.
